Where your product is made
Tub runs use both of our Auckland sites, and we're explicit about which credentials attach to which — because accurate certification claims are exactly what you should expect from a manufacturer.
Blending and quality release under GMP-NZ certification (SGS) and MPI NP3 registration (AsureQuality). Every certification we hold is assessed against this facility.
Automated fill-and-seal only — this site is not itself GMP-certified. Your formulation is blended and released under GMP-NZ process control at Rosedale before filling here.

- Capacity is reserved against your run — early reservations are scheduled first as the line comes online.

Can I get tubs filled now?
Yes. Smaller retail tubs are filled at our Rosedale plant today, under the same GMP-NZ process control as the blending. The automated line at Whenuapai is for scale-up volume and is coming online — tell us your run size and we will point you at the right one.
What tub sizes can you run?
Smaller tubs run at Rosedale now. The Whenuapai line takes containers up to 6.8 litres — that is its maximum, not an example. Sizes below it are confirmed during line validation for your specific container, so bring your tub spec to the quote.
Do you supply the tubs?
No — tubs and lids are client-supplied, which keeps your artwork, material spec and supplier relationship in your control. If you have not sourced tubs before, we will help you find a supplier and confirm what runs on our line, and we are happy to work with your supplier directly on the spec. Bring what you have to the quote and we will confirm compatibility.
Is the Whenuapai site GMP-certified?
No — our GMP-NZ certification (SGS, NZ25/00000030) covers the Rosedale facility, where blending, quality release and our smaller tub filling happen. The automated volume line at Whenuapai is not covered by that certificate. We keep that distinction explicit because accurate certification claims are exactly what you should expect from a manufacturer.
Can you blend and fill in one engagement?
Yes — most tub clients do exactly that. Your powder is blended under GMP-NZ process control at Rosedale. Smaller runs are filled there too; larger volumes move to the automated line at Whenuapai. Batch documentation covers the full run either way.
