Tub runs use both of our Auckland sites, and we're explicit about which credentials attach to which — because accurate certification claims are exactly what you should expect from a manufacturer.
Blending and quality release under GMP-NZ certification (SGS) and MPI NP3 registration (AsureQuality). Every certification we hold is assessed against this facility.
Automated fill-and-seal only — this site is not itself GMP-certified. Your formulation is blended and released under GMP-NZ process control at Rosedale before filling here.

- Capacity is reserved against your run — early reservations are scheduled first as the line comes online.

No — our GMP-NZ certification (SGS, NZ25/00000030) covers the Rosedale facility, where blending and quality release happen. Automated tub filling runs at Whenuapai. We keep that distinction explicit because accurate certification claims are exactly what you should expect from a manufacturer.
Can you blend and fill in one engagement?
Yes — most tub clients do exactly that. Your powder is blended under GMP-NZ process control at Rosedale, then filled and sealed on the automated line at Whenuapai, with batch documentation covering the full run.
