Good Manufacturing Practice certification, issued by SGS New Zealand against the Codex Alimentarius General Principles of Food Hygiene (CXC 1-1969, Rev.5, 2023). Scope covers manufacture of dry-mix products, food additives, processing aids, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients added to food, formulated drinks, and processing of herbs and spices — across facility design, equipment calibration, personnel training, batch documentation and quality-release procedures.

Registered food manufacturer under New Zealand's Food Act 2014 at National Programme Level 3 — the highest National Programme tier, covering documented food-safety programmes, hazard management and traceability for the registered activities. Independently verified by AsureQuality (certificate CERT-00013306), an accredited certification body under JAS-ANZ.

MPI Food Importer registration (FIMP012680) under Section 118 of the Food Act 2014, enabling import of food and regulated ingredients into New Zealand in compliance with biosecurity and food-safety requirements.

A fully documented Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points programme, verified by SGS, governs our entire production operation. HACCP identifies and controls food safety hazards at every stage from raw material intake through to finished goods dispatch.

MPI Animal Products Exporter registration (AEX000566) under Section 55 of the Animal Products Act 1999, held within our parent group PureMotive.ai Holdings Limited. It authorises export of animal-derived products from New Zealand — relevant for supplements containing ingredients such as whey protein, collagen or gelatin destined for overseas markets. This is an NZ Government export credential; it is not an FDA or FSANZ approval and is not presented as one.

In plain terms: animal-derived supplement lines (whey, collagen, gelatin) can be exported from New Zealand under our group's MPI exporter registration — one less regulatory hurdle for your overseas launch.
Our facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food facility under the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Bioterrorism Act 2002 and the Food Safety Modernization Act. The registration is verified as currently effective by Registrar Corp, our U.S. Agent for FDA communications.

GMP-NZ covers our facility and processes
GMP-NZ certification means our manufacturing facility, equipment, processes, personnel training, and documentation have been independently audited and found to meet Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. SGS verifies both our GMP-NZ certification and our HACCP programme. Every batch we produce includes full records.

MPI registration covers food safety compliance
National Programme Level 3 is the highest National Programme tier under the Food Act 2014, applying to manufacturers of products that carry higher inherent food safety risk — including dietary supplements. AsureQuality conducts independent verification audits.
These certifications cover manufacturing processes and facility standards. Product label compliance, therapeutic claims, and registration with regulatory bodies (NZ DSR/Food Act, AU TGA/AUST L) are the responsibility of the brand owner.
