Do you offer vegetarian capsules?
Yes — we run HPMC vegetarian capsules alongside gelatin, in sizes 0 and 00, with both available. Which shell suits your product depends on your formulation and market positioning; we cover that in formulation review.
What testing happens on every capsule batch?
Weight variation and disintegration testing are performed in-process on every batch, and every batch is released with full records and a certificate of analysis. Additional laboratory analysis is facilitated through independent third-party labs (Eurofins, AsureQuality).
What if my product needs a different capsule size — or a softgel?
We run sizes 0 and 00 only, and we don't manufacture softgels, gummies or tablets. Those two sizes cover most vitamin, mineral and herbal products — but if yours needs something else, we'll tell you up front rather than force a fit.
