Pilot batch
A small development run to validate your formulation and put real samples in your hands — before you commit to a commercial run.
First production run
Your first commercial batch, manufactured under GMP-NZ conditions at our Rosedale facility with raw-material verification and in-process quality checks.
Packaging & format
Capsules in sizes 0 and 00 (gelatin or HPMC), powders, and sachets or stick packs filled from client-supplied film. Automated tub filling is there when you’re ready to scale.
Compliance handoff
Released with full batch records and a certificate of analysis. Label compliance and product claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility — we’ll tell you plainly where our documentation ends and your regulatory work begins.

Do you work with first-time supplement brands?
Yes — we work with supplement brands from development and first production runs through to commercial scale. Development batches let you validate a formulation before committing to commercial volume, and everything you share with us is treated as confidential.
How small can I start?
You can start with a small pilot or development batch to validate your formulation before committing to a commercial run. Minimum quantities for commercial production vary by format and formulation, and are confirmed as part of your quote.
Can you help finish my formulation?
Yes. If you have a formulation, we’ll review it for manufacturability. If you have a concept, we can assist with ingredient selection, dosage guidance and format recommendations. Regulatory advice specific to your product — claims, labelling — should come from a specialist regulatory consultant, and we’ll tell you clearly which is which.
What will my first run cost?
It depends on format, formulation and volume — which is why we quote rather than publish a rate card. Send us what you have and you’ll get a straight answer within 2 business days, including what a pilot batch would look like for your product.
Can I sell my product in Australia?
Products manufactured at our GMP-NZ certified facility are eligible for the NZ–AU Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition framework, supported by our MPI National Programme Level 3 registration. Australian regulatory requirements for your specific product and claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility.
How is my formulation protected?
Everything you share with us — your formulation, brand and business information — is treated as strictly confidential, from your first enquiry through every production run.
