How do you handle allergens in powder blending?
Allergen-containing ingredients are managed under documented segregation protocols — separate handling, dedicated cleaning verification, and full traceability in the batch record. Declare your allergens at enquiry stage so we can confirm the controls for your specific formulation.
Do you blend only, or blend and pack?
Both. We can blend to your specification and fill into your chosen format — tubs, sachets or stick packs (from client-supplied film) — or supply blended product for downstream packing. The right split is confirmed as part of your quote.
Can I start with a small development batch?
Yes — small development batches are how most blending clients start. You validate the blend, flavour and solubility before committing to a commercial run. Commercial MOQ is confirmed at quote.
