Minimum order quantity
Small development batches are available before committing to commercial runs. MOQ for commercial production is discussed as part of your quote and depends on format and formulation. Request a quote to get a specific range.

Common questions about pouch filling.
Do you supply the pouches?
No — pouches are client-supplied, which keeps your artwork, material spec and supplier relationship in your control. If you have not sourced pouches before, we will help you find a supplier and confirm the spec your product needs, and we are happy to work with your supplier directly on the details.
What pouch sizes can you fill?
Sizes are confirmed at quote against your pouch spec. Bring the pouch you intend to retail in, along with your fill weight, and we will confirm what we can run for your product rather than quote you a range that may not fit it.
Can you blend and fill in one engagement?
Yes. Your powder is blended and filled at Rosedale under the same GMP-NZ process control, so a single batch record covers both the blend and the pack, and the certificate of analysis on release covers what is actually in the pouch.
Pouches or tubs — which suits my product?
Both are retail packs for the same blended powder, so it is usually a decision about shelf presence, shipping cost and fill volume rather than manufacturing. Pouches and smaller tubs are filled at Rosedale; larger tub volumes run on the automated line at Whenuapai. We will talk it through at quote.
