Lead times
Development batches are scheduled from approved formulation; commercial production follows batch sign-off, plus ingredient lead time. Exact timeframes are confirmed at quoting stage. Request a quote for a specific timeframe.
Packaging: what you supply, what we do
Sachet and stick-pack runs are filled from client-supplied film rolls. That keeps your artwork, material specification and film supplier relationship in your control — and it means the printed film you approve is exactly what runs on the line. If you haven't sourced film before, we'll guide you on the specification your product needs (material structure, reel dimensions, print requirements) so you can brief a supplier confidently. Premade sachets are also accepted for filling.
Printed film typically has its own production lead time from your supplier — build it into your launch timeline alongside our production window. We'll flag the film requirements in your quote so nothing surprises you.

Do you supply the sachet film?
No — film rolls are client-supplied. That keeps your artwork, material spec and film supplier relationship in your control, and it's how our form-fill-seal line is set up to run. If you haven't sourced film before, we'll guide you on the spec your product needs. Premade sachets are also accepted.
What's the minimum sachet or stick pack run?
Small pilot and sampling runs are available — single-serve formats are often used for exactly that. Commercial run minimums depend on fill weight and film format, and are confirmed at quote.
What products suit stick packs?
Single-serve powders: electrolytes, greens, collagen, pre-workout and hydration formulas. Stick packs suit on-the-go dosing and e-commerce sampling; wider sachets suit larger serves. We fill both to precise weights matched to your label claim.
